Instead they look beautiful again! I've also used Impressions to steam clean my tile and do the deep cleaning on my wood floors. I have been extremely pleased with every service!! The team did an amazing job on my travertine floors. It was a large area to clean and they took the time and energy to... clean and create a new look to our floor. The were knowledgeable and did a great job answering all my questions. They were respectful and took precautions for Covid 19, during the whole cleaning process. Very impressive. Impressions took the carpet up and revealed our hardwood floors. They refinished them. They also send reminders on... cleaning. Based on how good of service they did on the floors, we tried them for carpet cleaning. Great! I would suggest people give them a try. The customer service is also a great asset.read more

They also replaced my carpets... in my bedrooms and I could not be happier with their knowledge, pricing, and work ethic.
