Our 12 Step Carpet Cleaning Process

STEP 1: Pre-Inspection

We’ll begin by doing a walkthrough with you through the rooms to inspect and identify areas of concern. Next we will evaluate what needs to be done and determine expected results.

STEP 2: Move Furniture

Our technicians will be able to move sofas, chairs, tables, and other small items. Larger items like beds and dressers may be discussed first.

STEP 3: Pre-Vacuum

The cleaning will start by using a powerful vacuum to help remove dry soil. This is an extremely crucial part of the process.

STEP 4: Pre-spray

Next we’ll use a pre-conditioning agent to emulsify and break down the soil and any spots to help get a deep cleaning started.

STEP 5: Pre-spot

Any difficult spots will get extra pre-treatment using a special solution to help remove as much of a stain as possible.

STEP 6: Pre-grooming / Agitation

We’ll use top of the line tools to brush the carpet to further loosen any soil that may have been deep in the carpets.

STEP 7: Soil Extraction and Rinse

Once that is done we’ll use a powerful extraction cleaning system that does not over wet the carpet. It will also not leave behind any kind of sticky residue.

STEP 8: Neutralizer

Our neutralizer step will assure a pH balance which makes sure no sticky residue is left behind on top of leaving the carpet soft and fresh.

STEP 9: Post Spot

Next thing we’ll do is look for any remaining stains and give it extra treatment. This will help lift any stains that are embedded into the carpet.

STEP 10: Post Groom

A tool will be used to groom the carpet. This helps make sure the pile of your carpet is standing. It will also help in speeding up the drying process.

STEP 11: Speed Dry

We’ll use high velocity air moves to dry out the carpets very quickly before we leave.

STEP 12: Post Cleaning Inspection

The last step will be our technician walking through your home to point out areas that have improved and discuss any questions or concerns you may have.
